Position Summary: We are seeking a positive, eager-to-learn, and dependable Non-Clinical Admissions Coordinator to join our team. This vital role serves as one of the first points of contact for prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the admissions process for our skilled nursing and post-acute services. This is a non-clinical position focused on administrative coordination, customer service, and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for inquiries regarding admissions.
- Assist prospective residents and families with completing necessary admissions paperwork and gathering required non-clinical information.
- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., nursing, social services, housekeeping) to prepare for new resident arrivals.
- Provide tours of the facility and explain services offered in a clear and compassionate manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized admission records.
- Ensure a positive and seamless admission experience for all new residents.
- Communicate effectively with referral sources and internal teams.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

- Must be available to work Wednesday through Sunday.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- A positive attitude and strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

- Highly dependable and organized.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Salary : $23 - $26
