Job Details: Our center is seeking team-oriented Registered Nurse / RNs who are dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service.

- Registered Nurse / RN License
About Us: The Center at CenterPlace is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state of the art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administers and documents the administrations of medications and treatments per physician orders
- Assesses patients routinely and with changes of condition
- Communicates changes of condition, test results, etc. as per company policy
- Educates patients as necessary
- Ensures the patient care plan is implemented
- Supervises and coordinates LPN's & CNA's
