The Center A Place of HOPE is a growing Licensed Treatment Facility and has been providing comprehensive, professional excellence in treatment and whole-person care for addictions, depression, trauma and other life challenges since 1984.
The Center A Place of HOPE is a faith-based private agency that provides Partial Hospitalization (PHP) Day Treatment Programs for Mental Health and Substance Use including:
- Abuse and Trauma Healing
- Depression
- Eating Disorders
- Personal Wellness
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
- Relationship Issues
- Sexual Addiction
- Spiritual Renewal
- Other Challenges
The Center A Place of HOPE tailors its programs by providing dedicated teams to our clientele who come from across the US and globally to receive our services.
The HOPE team consists of Medical Personnel (psychiatrists, naturopaths, dietitians), Substance Use & Mental Health clinicians, and Administration personnel.
We are looking for a FULL-TIME WELCOME DESK RECEPTIONIST living in the greater Puget Sound area, who enjoys a team-oriented environment, and values a whole-person care approach to mental health and healing.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Requirements of a Receptionist/Welcome Desk team member includes knowledge and expertise in:
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Organizational Skills
- Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Mental Health/Medical terminology
- Microsoft-word, excel, outlook proficiency
- EMR
- Positive Attitude in a Fast-Paced Environment

SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM with a 60 minute unpaid lunch.
PAY:
The Center: A Place of HOPE offers competitive, above-market pay based on experience and licensure.
$20 - $22 per hour dependent on years of experience.
