The Celt Pub
A locally owned Scotch-Irish pub in the Historical Downtown District.
The Celt is looking for a candidate with a passion for food and beverage, and developing relationships with guests. We primarily need a part-time server with weekend availability, opportunity for more shifts in the future.The base wage starts at $4.50/hr, but with tips, our servers & bartenders make an average of $24.70/hr.
Must be available to work weekends.
Experience with high volume alcohol service is essential. This is not the right environment for inexperience with alcohol.
Must have a strong work ethic and be prepared to work weekends and holidays (though we do allow some off and encourage work/life balance)
The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of food and beverage and a desire to constantly be improving that knowledge.
Must know classic cocktails.
Must know the characteristics of an abundance of beer styles.
Must have a positive attitude and be able to develop positive relationships.
Must be able to maintain cleanliness in both work and in personal appearance.
Must have a sense of “team” and be willing to do whatever it takes to create a successful experience for guests.
