Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for Full-Time Positions
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem (Limited openings)
Shifts: 12-hour Day & Overnight shifts
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and clinically confident Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a structured skilled nursing facility (SNF) and long-term care (LTC) environment.
This role is best suited for nurses who are comfortable with medication administration, clinical assessment, EMR documentation, and managing complex geriatric care needs in a team-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and clinical judgment
- Assess residents and promptly communicate changes in condition
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support individualized care plans and resident goals
- Ensure compliance with Maine Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and structured care environment
Requirements
- Active Maine LPN license (required)
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred in SNF, LTC, or acute care
- Strong medication administration and clinical assessment skills
- Solid EMR documentation habits and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, team-based clinical environment
- Strong communication and professional accountability
New graduates may be considered if they demonstrate strong clinical readiness and commitment to long-term care.
