Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care
Pay: Up to $45/hour generous shift differentials / $5,000 sign-on bonus (full-time)
Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem
Shifts: Day, Night, & Baylor (12-hour)

- Current Maine Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (required); BSN preferred
- 1 year nursing experience preferred (acute care or long-term care)
- New RN graduates welcome with strong clinical foundation
- Knowledge of nursing principles, clinical assessments, and medication administration
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Provide direct nursing care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility (SNF)
- Perform comprehensive resident assessments and ongoing clinical monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (EMR)
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Support geriatric care, dementia care, and rehabilitation services
