Key Responsibilities:
- Develops strategic plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Oversees all aspects of assigned plant operations.
- Cultivates managers and production supervisors through coaching and development.
- Maintains open communication regarding safety concerns, production quality, and productivity goals with plant managers, production supervisors, and employees.
- Performs various other duties as assigned and needed.
- Establishes plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.
- Reviews production costs and product quality, modifying production and inventory control programs to maintain profitable operations.
- Directs personnel programs.
- Recommends budgets to top management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- College degree and housing manufacturing experience required.
- Supervisory experience necessary.
- Able to support multiple teams to meet production goals.
- Able to support and encourage staff, demonstrate empathy, and take direction.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Flexible to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
