The ideal candidate will have basic construction knowledge and be comfortable using hand tools and power equipment. They must also be able to read blueprints and possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Operate various hand tools and power equipment used for carpentry duties, including circular saws, table saws, routers, pneumatic nail guns, drills, and other necessary tools.
- Install and prepare drywall for finish tape, mud, and texture.
- Complete roof construction, decking, flashing, and shingling.
- Cabinet and finish carpentry, trim, installation, and painting of interior and exterior homes.
