Job Duties
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Property Manager.
This is a part-time position; office hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; part-time hours will vary.
Required Education And Experience
Employment is conditional on satisfactorily completing all pre-employment requirements. Starting salary depends upon prior work skills and experience.

Job Duties
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Property Manager.
- Greet residents, prospects, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Assist with general office administration and daily front office operations
- Maintain resident and prospect files in accordance with company policies and fair housing requirements
- Enter and update resident information in property management software systems
- Prepare, scan, copy, file, and organize office documents and reports
- Assist with scheduling appointments, resident meetings, inspections, and vendor visits
- Accept and process rental payments and issue receipts as directed
- Support lease administration activities, including document preparation and renewals
- Assist with move-in and move-out paperwork and resident communications
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Other duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline are required.
