Outreach & Enrollment Specialist

This position is designed to create a funnel of applicants to apply to the school. The Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator does so by acting as a liaison between Enrollment Management and the Busch School, promoting high school engagement through CEDE, dual enrollment and other initiatives, and contributing to other efforts to increase the brand awareness of the Busch School and The Catholic University of America.

The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is $55,000 - $60,000.

Strategic Outreach & Recruitment

• Expand the recruitment funnel by developing high-touch experiences and promoting the Busch School’s brand and CEDE dual-enrollment programs to teachers, advisors, and families.
• Identify and attend high-value recruitment events, including college fairs, admissions conferences, and outreach opportunities in key markets.
• Advocate for and guide prospective students through the application process to improve enrollment yield for The Catholic University of America and the Busch School of Business.
  
  
  

Relationship Management & Partnerships

• Act as the primary relationship manager for partner Catholic high schools, maintaining consistent communication with administrators and prospective students.
• Onboard and implement dual-enrollment programs at new and existing partner high schools and program sites.
• Coordinate campus visits, Open Houses, and Preview Days in Washington, D.C., to provide prospective juniors and seniors with an immersive campus experience.
  
  
  

Communication & Content Creation

• Produce engaging digital content for social media and the University website to increase brand awareness and student engagement.
• Manage inbound inquiries, providing student-centered customer service via phone, email, and in-person correspondence.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, articulating the University’s mission, student life offerings, and academic offerings through personal experience and knowledge obtained on campus.
  
  
  

Data Management & Operations

• Maintain comprehensive databases of dual-enrollment partners, prospective schools, and student contacts to track recruitment impact/effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, including school visit frequency and application numbers, to ensure outreach goals are met.
• Collaborate with Admissions and School Marketing teams to align messaging and streamline the student application journey.
• Assist in the execution of summer programming and other specialized outreach efforts for the Busch School.
• Travel to mission-fit partner schools to strengthen institutional relationships and meet with prospective applicants.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 0-2 years of experience in a recruiting or marketing role.
• Expert user of Microsoft and Google Suite tools and website tools. Proficiency in social media and communications.
• Strong analytical and communications skills.
• Can represent CUA and Busch School at outside events with community and business leaders.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks is imperative.
