The Director of Advancement and Development is a strategic leader responsible for the overall planning and management of the schools?development, marketing, and constituent relations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Fundraising & Stewardship:?Lead all?fundraising efforts, including annual appeals, major gifts, capital campaigns, and grant writing.

Coordinate Volunteers: Schedule and match school family volunteers to the needs of the school and parish community.

Major Events:?Plan and execute signature fundraising events.

Enrollment & Marketing:?Collaborate with school leadership to develop?marketing strategies?that attract and retain mission-aligned families.

Mission Integration:?Serve as a witness to?Gospel values, ensuring all advancement activities reflect the teachings of the Catholic Church.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:?Bachelors degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, or Communications) is required.

Experience:?35 years of professional experience in?fundraising or major gift cultivation?is preferred.
