Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Mission Leadership:?Acts as a?witness to Gospel values?and promotes the fundamental values of a Catholic school.

Instructional Supervision:?Oversees the?development and evaluation of curriculum?to ensure alignment with Catholic teachings and diocesan, national, and state standards. Analyzes assessment data for trends and adjusts instructional initiatives and resources.

Student Life & Discipline:?Establishes and enforces?discipline policies?and coordinates student life initiatives.

Operational Support:?Assists with?master scheduling, assessment coordination, and faculty professional development.

Administrative Proxy:?Serves as the?principal in the principals absence?and manages daily logistics.
Qualifications & Requirements

Faith:?Must be an?enthusiastic practicing Catholic?in good standing with the Church.

Education:?Advanced degree?in an education-related field (Educational Leadership preferred).

Certification:?Must possess (or be eligible for) a?Florida Professional Educators Certificate?in Educational Leadership or similar.
