The Catalyst Corporation is hiring a full-time Product Marketing Associate to support our growing retail campaigns in the Oak Brook, IL area. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and is interested in building experience in marketing, sales, customer service, and brand representation.
As a Product Marketing Associate, you'll work directly with customers in a face-to-face retail environment, representing client products and services while helping increase brand awareness and customer engagement. You'll receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed in the role.
What You’ll Do
- Represent client products and services through in-person retail campaigns
- Engage with customers and provide information about available products, services, and promotions
- Answer customer questions and help identify options based on individual needs
- Support customer acquisition and direct sales efforts
- Develop a strong understanding of client products and campaign goals
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience
- Work alongside team members to achieve individual and campaign performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
