Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers face-to-face in a retail environment to promote current products, services, and promotions
- Educate potential customers and answer questions with professionalism and confidence
- Represent client brands through in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and consumer relations
- Generate leads, drive sales, and support customer acquisition efforts
- Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance goals
- Participate in daily training sessions focused on sales, leadership, and communication development
Qualifications:
- 0–1 year of experience in customer service, retail, marketing, or sales preferred, but not required
- Paid training provided for all entry-level hires
