What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Technician Assistant position at The Cat Care Clinic?
The Cat Care Clinic is a full service, feline only veterinary clinic that is looking for a kennel attendant/groomer/vet tech assistant. Our owner, Dr. Elaine Wexler-Mitchell is board certified in feline practice, one of approximately 84 veterinarians in the country with this distinction. We are located in the City of Orange right off the 55 & 91 freeways. We are a fast pace 8-doctor clinic with a challenging caseload, in house lab, complex surgeries, digital dental x-ray, class IV laser, ultrasound, and echocardiogram unit. We utilize innovative technology including our paperless computer system.
We are open Monday through Friday from 7 am until 6 pm and Saturdays from 7:30 am until 4 pm. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule.
We are hiring for a full-time position and a minimum of one year veterinary experience is REQUIRED. We are a client service based hospital and strong customer service skills are a must. Veterinary medical knowledge is a plus.
We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule to work both opening and closing shifts. MUST be available Saturdays.
