- $16.50 - $18 per hour to start depending on experience

- Be available to work Monday thru Friday 8am - 3pm

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Restock supplies in bathrooms and common areas
- Follow established cleaning systems and safety guidelines
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

* Other Duties As Assigned

Qualifications:

***MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE, HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, AND OWN A RELIABLE VEHICLE***

-Candidates should possess a fun, energetic personality, and enjoy cleaning

-Have a strong work ethic

-Be a team player

- Be able to effectively communicate both written & verbal in English

- Previous experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good physical condition/stamina is required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
