Overview:

Duties:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
- Analyze technical problems, diagnose, and solve them.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical users effectively.
- Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing system for issue tracking.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of IT support principles and practices.
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot software applications effectively.
- Experience in computer management and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
