Your Role
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operation of the warehouse through a combination of warehouse duties and administrative responsibilities. Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, you will help ensure shipments are accurate, inventory is organized, and warehouse documentation is maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
Shipping & Receiving
- Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Verify incoming and outgoing products for accuracy
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Load and unload trucks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory organization and cycle counts
- Complete shipping and receiving paperwork accurately
- Enter inventory transactions and maintain warehouse records
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting
- Prepare and verify bills of lading, packing slips, and related documentation
- Assist customers and carriers during pickups and deliveries
- Provide professional and courteous service to visitors and vendors
- Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to support daily operations
- Help coordinate workflow and resolve routine warehouse issues
- Assist with special projects and process improvements as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Experience with inventory systems, ERP software, or warehouse documentation is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds
