About the Role:
The Carroll Law Firm, PLC (d/b/a ANTHEM LAW) is looking for an experienced and driven Supervising Paralegal to join our team in Anthem, AZ. Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the daily activities of paralegal and legal support staff
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Manage case files from intake through resolution, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys
- Coordinate court filings, deadlines, and docket management
- Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and court personnel
- Assist in developing and implementing office procedures and best practices for the paralegal team
- This is not a remote position and requires in office presence
Requirements:
- 3 years of paralegal experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
- Paralegal certification (NALA, NFPA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
- Willingness and/or experience to use/learn Claude and Clio
- Impeccable document preparation proficiency and accuracy
- Strong knowledge of court filing procedures, deadlines, and legal terminology
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment
- Personal Injury Experience required and a willingness to learn other practice areas
- Verifiable references
