- Range: $52,015 – $83,308
- Salaries vary based on client population, which department the role is in, level of education and relevant experience

Responsibilities
- Conduct Orientation & Mobility assessments that focus on immediate and long-term needs of the client at various intervals. Assess, identify and document the strengths, needs and goals of the client.
- Provide consultation and support services to team including parents or family members, educators, specialty providers, outside agencies and counselors. Recommend adaptations to school, home or work environments for tools and adaptations.
- Instruct in skills and concepts to enable them to travel as independently as possible based upon goals and objectives of the Individualized Education Program or Community or Rehab Program Plan.
- Teach safe and effective indoor/outdoor travel skills, including use of public transportation
- Teach students to travel with safety, proficiency and confidence in familiar and unfamiliar environments while fostering independence
- Work across various settings: schools, homes, and communities
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals
- Provide written documentation of client or student progress and recommend tools or adaptation
- Master’s degree in Orientation & Mobility or active enrollment in a Vision Studies graduate program
- ACVREP certification or eligibility
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and attention to detail skills required
- Professionalism and a collaborative mindset
- Proficient technology skills using Microsoft Office or Google Suite a plus
