We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer (Contract)
Location: Irvine, CA (On-site, 5 days/week)
Duration: 6 Months (Potential for extension)
Pay: Starting at $70 -75/hr W2 benefits (DOE)
The Role
Join a high-visibility team to design a comprehensive digital ecosystem. We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused designer with a deep background in mobile and web platforms to create exceptional guest experiences from concept to high-fidelity execution.
Portfolio Requirements
Candidates must provide a portfolio demonstrating the full design lifecycle, including:
- Process Artifacts: Site maps, user/process flows, and low-fidelity "gray box" wireframes.
- Interactive Prototypes: Expert-level Figma skills with a focus on clickable, high-fidelity responsive prototypes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6–9 years in UX/UI Design
- Platform Expertise: Proven track record with Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) products across iOS, Android, and Web.
- Design Systems: Mastery of Figma (expert-level) and InVision; deep understanding of component-based design systems and accessibility best practices.
- Execution: Ability to balance creative innovation with functional, user-centered design and mobile usability.
- Soft Skills: Strong collaboration skills in Agile environments with shifting priorities.
- Education: Degree in Art or Interactive Design preferred.
