Job Description:
Office Assistant
MUST HAVE: Excellent customer service and communication skills, be ready to make a difference within our growing team.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service
- Ability to multi task
- Ability to work with a team as well as independently
- Communication Skills
- Previous office experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right person
- Must be able to pass a background check
Job Details:
- Answer phone, take messages and properly communicate the needs of customers, contractors etc.
- Review and submit estimates to customers
- File appropriate paperwork
- Collect payments from customers via POS system
- Assist Project and Sales Coordinators with scheduling, as well as communicating between customers, vendors and contractors.
- Efficiently communicate all payments collected electronically through CRM software.
- Assist with warehouse functions as needed.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to utilize Excel, Microsoft Word and Online Software Programs.
- Verbal and written communication skills are a must.
