Now hiring a Wound Care Nurse (RN or LVN) in Wichita Falls, TX!

We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse. Join our dedicated team at Swan Health, the newest member of The Carpenter Health Network, and be a part of a mission- driven organization focused on a full care continuum.

Essential Duties Include

  • Supervise patient care
  • Administers treatment as prescribed within standard nursing practice guidelines and in full compliance with established infection control protocols
  • Performs and records weekly pressure ulcer assessment and measurement documentation
  • Monitors the progress of wound healing and makes recommendations
  • Assure compliance with local, state and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation

Qualifications

  • At least two years' of Wound Care experience preferred
  • Current Texas RN or LVN license
  • Must have current CPR Certification
  • Wound Care certification
  • Compassionate Nurse with great time management skills
