Essential duties include:
- Transports patients to and from the Therapy Department
- Communicates with patients, families, significant others and members of the healthcare team to promote maximum benefits from care.
- Prepares patient for prescribed treatment and assists professional staff with patient treatment.
- Providing input into the budgetary planning process
- Ordering clinic supplies and equipment
- Contributing to cost effectiveness of services and programs provided by the department
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30a-4:30p
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Current Basic Life Support/CPR card
- Experience in a hospital environment or participation in relevant vocational technical program is desirable.
