Your full-time role will include providing a full range of office management duties including:

• Manage and train incoming office staff, complete competency assessments and annual performance reviews
• Oversight and assistance of admissions and authorizations
• Day-to-day running of the office
• Clerical functions, including medical records management.
• Provide regular and direct assistance to the Director
• This position does not provide patient care
• Other office duties as requested
  
  

This position will suit you if you have good interpersonal and presentation skills, and office management experience. You need to be self-directed and have organizational and problem-solving skills. Experienced applicants preferred
