Schedule & Coverage
- Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Kent County, MI

- Supervise and support field clinical staff
- Review documentation, plans of care, and physician orders
- Support IDT processes and care coordination
- Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and standards
- Support staff education and performance development
- Assist with survey readiness and quality initiatives
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Hospice clinical experience preferred
- Hospice leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Active driver’s license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Current TB testing in accordance with agency policy
- Current CPR certification as required for the role
