What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist PRN | Hospice (41625) position at The Care Team Home Health & Hospice?
Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN | Hospice
Flexible scheduling. Paid per visit. Meaningful patient care.
Looking for a flexible Physical Therapy opportunity that allows you to make a difference without committing to a traditional full-time schedule?
The Care Team Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to support hospice patients throughout Akron, Cuyahoga Falls, OH, and surrounding communities on a PRN, paid-per-visit basis.
This is a great opportunity for a Physical Therapist looking to supplement their current income, maintain flexibility, or use their clinical expertise in a more personalized, patient-centered setting.
Unlike traditional rehabilitation settings, hospice physical therapy focuses on comfort, safety, mobility, and quality of life rather than aggressive rehabilitation goals. You'll work one-on-one with patients and families, helping them maintain independence where possible, improve comfort, and navigate everyday activities safely.
We're looking for a PT who is compassionate, dependable, clinically confident, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with an experienced hospice team.
