Role Description

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Nursing Management and the ability to lead and mentor nursing staff
- Comprehensive knowledge of Infection Control practices and implementation
- Proficiency in medical and clinical practices, specifically within the field of Medicine and Nursing
- Experience with skilled Nursing practices and resident-focused strategies
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Hawaii
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing is required
- Prior experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility is preferred
