Job Overview:

The Practice Supervisor will oversee day- to-day operations and keep the offices operating efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• · Manage the daily operations of the office
• · Supervise and support the front office team
• · Address and research patient billing inquiries and requests
• · Review insurance EOBs and action as necessary, including submitting appeals
• · Compile and forward medical records for insurance requests and/or subpoenas in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• · Maintain office files (paperless)
• · Oversee hiring and onboarding processes
• · Represent our business in a professional manner & demonstrate excellent customer service
• · Ensure a professional work culture; always demonstrate respect for all
• · Additional responsibilities and duties as needed and requested

Requirements:

• · 3 years’ medical office management experience
• · Excellent written and oral communication skills
• · Computer literacy and adept with MS Word and Excel
• · Experience and proficiency with EHRs (Electronic Health Records)
• · Analytical and resourceful problem-solving skills
• · Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills
• · Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• · Capable of multi-tasking
• . Exemplary customer service skills and work ethic that demonstrates leadership by example
