Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8 am to 6pm (On Call every other night, every other weekend)
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service and safety while efficiently handling various towing and roadside assistance tasks. This role requires proficiency in operating tow trucks, including flatbeds and wheel lifts/self loaders.
Duties
- Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service during roadside assistance calls.
- Perform vehicle recovery in various conditions, ensuring minimal damage.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the tow truck to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered and vehicle conditions.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles onto flatbed tow trucks.
- Collaborate with dispatchers to respond promptly to service requests.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience driving tow trucks, is essential.
- Customer service experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Possessing a clean background is a requirement. FELONIES WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE DENIAL OF EMPLOYMENT.
