As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience — both in person and over the phone.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (with one weekday off)
- Saturdays alternate between full-day (8AM–8PM) and afternoon (1PM–8PM) shifts
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and general inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as needed
- Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred (automotive experience a plus!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Proficient with phones, email, and basic computer systems
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- At least 18 years old.
