Location: San Diego, CA (On-Site) | Type: Full-Time| Hourly Rate $17.5/hr | Schedule: Tuesday and Sunday OFF
As a Shuttle Driver, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Toyota. You ensure that all our guests have an excellent experience while they are getting their vehicles serviced. Whether you are driving our customers within a 8 mile radius, or assisting with the service drive, you approach every task with positivity and attention to detail.
Core Responsibilities
As a Shuttle Driver, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Toyota. You ensure that all our guests have an excellent experience while they are getting their vehicles serviced. Whether you are driving our customers within a 8 mile radius, or assisting with the service drive, you approach every task with positivity and attention to detail.
Core Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting incoming customers
- Transporting vehicles to various locations as required
- Installing disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats in all vehicles taken in for service
- Thoroughly prepping (clean, wash, vacuum) and maintaining vehicles
- Organize the new inventory on the lot on a regular basis
- Efficiently shuttling customers and/or employees within a 10-mile radius upon request
- Serving as a meeting point between customers and other employees such as Service Advisors and Managers.
- Reporting any damages that may have been done during the vehicle’s stay to management immediately
- Performing other duties as needed
- Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Experience driving a range of vehicles; manual transmission a plus.
