Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions and personalized experiences.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- 3–5 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Solid understanding of automotive sales processes, financing, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, DMS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
