Location: Irvine, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Compensation range: $5,000-$7,000 a month

What You’ll Do
- Manage and follow up on all vehicle acquisition leads from Kelly Blue Book
- Uses automotive programs and tools daily to contact customers
- Initiate communication with customers to purchase their vehicles
- Maintain customer database and communicating with them
- Greet and offer assistance to customers with desired vehicles
- Review vehicle condition reports
- Determine wholesale and retail prices
- Inspect and accept vehicles arriving onsite
- Create and execute reconditioning plan to prepare the vehicle for sale
- Use sound judgment, research, and excellent interpersonal skills to make offers on vehicles
- Turn prospective buyers to a salesperson
- The expectation for the month is a goal of 25 vehicles purchased
- Work with management to identify current inventory needs
- Additional duties as assigned my management
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Strong communication and negotiating skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
- Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
