SCHEDULE: Sales team members work a rotating schedule with shifts of 8:30 AM–4:00 PM or 12:00 PM–8:00 PM and must be available to work either shift as needed. The schedule includes one weekday off, every other Sunday, and open-to-close availability on Saturdays.

- Work incoming leads and showroom opportunities
- Assist customers through the full buying process
- Focus on new Volkswagen sales while still selling all inventory
- Follow up consistently to maximize closing opportunities
- Deliver a confident, professional customer experience
- Previous experience in Sales or a similar role is preferred
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Highly motivated and driven individual
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Confidence working with customers and asking for the sale
- Organized with strong follow-up habits
