Responsibilities
- Deliver food accurately from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Assist servers by ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete before delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and chef's regarding order status and any special requests from guests.
- Support food preparation tasks as required, including plating desserts, making salads and ensuring plates looks nice and presentable for the guest.
- Adhere to food safety standards and protocols during all stages of food handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth flow of service during busy periods.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Experience in banquet settings or large-scale events is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A background in culinary arts or hospitality can enhance your candidacy, but we do train people new to the restaurant business.
