We are hiring a Host/Hostess for the Captain Crab Silverdale location.
Duties
- Greet guests promptly
- Manage restaurant reservations efficiently
- Maintain organized waitlists and communicate wait times clearly
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and answer questions about menu items
- Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure smooth experience for both staff and customers
- Handle phone communications, managing reservation inquiries and guest requests with clarity
- Support overall restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness of the host stand area and entrance
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a host/hostess in restaurant environment or similar food service setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills to manage waitlists, reservations, and guest flow efficiently
- Basic math skills to process cash payments quickly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices
Pay: $17.13 - $25.00 per hour
