Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently and correctly
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meal
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Maintain the cleanliness of tables, chairs, and service areas
• Follow restaurant service standards and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
