Job Description:
- Perform the full range of school nursing duties, including:
- Assist sick or injured students and staff.
- Record keeping
- Administer medications and treatments per physician's orders
- Coordinate with parent for student pickup
- Uphold confidentiality, abuse and molestation policies
- Receive positive and corrective feedback in a professional manner
- Follow all TCC protocols and policies
Job Requirements
- Valid New Jersey School Nurse Certificate, emergency School Nurse, or Registered Nurse
- Possess a current NJ Nursing license and current CPR/AED certification
- Must be able to pass a NJDOE criminal history background check
- Must provide proof of a negative TB test within the past year
- Available at least 37.5 hours per week
