Assisted Living Operator Opportunity – Fayetteville, NC
We are looking for an established Assisted Living Operator or Assisted Living Management Company to operate our licensed residential assisted living home in Fayetteville, NC.
This is not a job posting for an employee, caregiver, CNA, or administrator looking for hourly employment.
This is an opportunity for an experienced operator to lease and operate a fully prepared assisted living home.
The ideal operator should:
- Have an established LLC or business entity.
- Bring their own team of qualified caregivers and management staff.
- Be experienced in operating residential assisted living homes.
- Be knowledgeable about North Carolina assisted living regulations and licensing requirements.
- Be responsible for all day-to-day operations, including staffing, resident care, compliance, admissions, scheduling, and overall management of the home.
- Be financially prepared to operate the business and grow occupancy.
About the Opportunity
The home is ready to operate.
You will essentially be leasing a turnkey assisted living home and running your own business from the property while maintaining all operational responsibilities.
