Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Host role located in Houston, TX. As the first point of contact for guests, the Host will provide a warm and gracious welcome while managing reservations and seating arrangements. Key responsibilities include greeting and escorting guests to their tables, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and managing the dining room flow to enhance service efficiency. The Host also collaborates with the service team to accommodate guest requests and maintain an exceptional dining environment. Maintaining a professional and polished demeanor is essential to succeed in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management
- Excellent Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and memorable guest experience
- Ability to assist with Training and onboarding of new team members when needed
- Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage concepts and service standards
- Proficiency in Sales and upselling to enhance guest satisfaction
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in a fine dining or hospitality environment is a plus
