About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you?ll help keep our store running smoothly by supporting scheduling, inventory, training, and daily operations. You?ll lead by example, assist with shift oversight, and ensure every customer is met with a smile and a perfectly crafted beverage.
What You?ll Do
Provide outstanding customer service and uphold store standards
Assist with scheduling, payroll prep, coaching, and training
Lead shifts and support staff with daily operations
Manage inventory and maintain accurate product levels
Prepare beverages and food items to recipe standards
Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment
Handle customer concerns professionally
Perform opening/closing duties and occasional bank runs
What You Bring
1 year of supervisory or barista experience (high-volume preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced setting
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
Must be 18 with reliable availability
