Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaning Person to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our golf course clubhouse. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our members and guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be reliable, and take pride in providing a spotless and well-organized clubhouse experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Cleaning
- Clean and sanitize all clubhouse areas, including lobbies, dining rooms, locker rooms, bathrooms, and hallways.
- Dust, polish, and wipe down surfaces, including tables, countertops, and furniture.
- Vacuum carpets and rugs, mop hard floors, and maintain outdoor walkways.
- Empty trash cans.
- Notify management of any maintenance needs or supply shortages.
- Bathroom and Locker Room Maintenance
- Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures, mirrors, and floors.
- Refill toiletries, such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Maintain locker room cleanliness and restock amenities as needed.
- Launder and replenish bath towels.
- Dining and Lounge Area Upkeep
- Keep dining areas clean and ready for guest use.
- Sanitize tables, floors, and high-touch surfaces.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning or custodial role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs, standing, bending, and reaching.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Dependability and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility with work schedule, including availability for weekends.
