Your Role Lead, coach, and mentor agents to maximize production and performance Execute growth strategies using our proven systems and resources Manage a pipeline of buyer and seller leads with a focus on conversion Recruit, retain, and develop top-tier talent Drive results through training, accountability, and performance tracking Collaborate with executive leadership to shape strategy and scale effectively
Who You Are A licensed real estate professional with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience A results-oriented leader who thrives on building and developing talent Highly organized and disciplined, with strong follow-up and conversion skills Tech-savvy and experienced with CRMs, lead management, and performance tracking Motivated by growth and committed to building something substantial
