Real Estate Office Leader – Lead and Grow a High-Performing Real Estate Team
The Cannon Team at LPT Realty is expanding across the Dallas–Fort Worth real estate market , and we are hiring a Real Estate Office Leader / Real Estate Manager / Team Leader to lead agents, grow production, and scale our office operations.
This position is ideal for experienced Real Estate Agents, Team Leaders, Real Estate Managers, Brokerage Managers, or Real Estate Sales Managers who want to move into leadership and help develop other agents.

Real Estate Office Leader Responsibilities Real Estate Leadership Coaching Lead, coach, and mentor real estate agents to increase production
Conduct training meetings and performance coaching sessions
Support new agent onboarding and development
Recruiting Team Development Recruit new real estate agents to grow the office
Identify and develop top-performing agents
Build a collaborative office culture focused on accountability and results
Sales Performance Production Support agents in converting buyer and seller leads
Monitor performance using CRM dashboards and reports
Implement proven systems that drive consistent real estate sales 1:1 Meetings to ensure growth and development of
Office Management Operations Maintain professionalism and compliance with brokerage standards
Support office operations and growth initiatives
Work closely with leadership on expansion and recruiting strategies

Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing agents
