The CanMan is a fast-growing home services company in DFW. We protect homes with trash can cleaning, pest control, home seal-up, and mosquito services. Over 10,000 homeowners served and 1,000 five-star Google reviews.
We're hiring an Inside Sales Rep to turn warm leads into booked jobs. This is not cold calling. You'll be working inbound calls, web leads, and our existing customer base — people who already know us and like us.
What you'll do
- Answer inbound sales calls and respond to new web leads fast (minutes, not hours)
- Call existing customers to offer additional services they actually need
- Follow up on quotes that didn't close yet and win them back
- Send text and email campaigns to customers and work the replies
- Keep clean notes in our CRM so nothing falls through the cracks
