We’re looking for a proven, results-driven recruiter to join our team and take ownership of sourcing, vetting, and placing top talent in warehouse, manufacturing, and light industrial roles. - Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement process for hourly and skilled candidates.
- Client Partnership: Act as a trusted hiring advisor, understanding client needs and delivering consistent results.
- On-Site Engagement: Build relationships at client locations, check in with new hires, and support smooth onboarding.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of hiring trends, competitor pay rates, and workforce challenges in the local market.
- Team Collaboration: Share best practices and contribute to a high-performing recruiting team.
- 3 years of recruiting experience (staffing agency experience strongly preferred).
- Proven track record filling high-volume industrial/warehouse roles.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities at once.
- Problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the team.
