Job Description
The Medical Records Clerk facilitates patient care through management of the medical record.
Desired/Required Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of work experience in similar job or work environment.
- EMR
- Medical office experience
- Maintain the medical record by scanning, filing, managing batch basket and creating infusion folders.
- Print, sort and batch encounter forms.
- Manage mail/correspondence and medical records requests.
- Interact with outside entities for exchange of medical information. A
- ll other duties as assigned.
