About the Role
We are hiring a producer and team lead for our Mon–Tue–Wed in-office sales team.
This is not a pure supervisor job.
This is a selling role—you will actively:
answer inbound calls
provide quotes
bind policies
bundle policies
complete follow-ups
maintain documentation
AND you will provide daily leadership to the 3-day team.
You MUST be able to both sell and lead.

What You’ll Do (Producer Team Lead Duties)
As a PRODUCER:
Answer a steady flow of inbound calls
Quote accurately and quickly
Bind same-day when possible
Identify auto renters/home/PUP bundles
Complete follow-ups for your pipeline
Maintain clean documentation in all systems
As a TEAM LEAD:
Run the daily 8:00 AM huddle
Monitor answer rates throughout the shift
Provide quick coaching to your team
Assist with quoting questions
Ensure workflow discipline
Support the follow-up buddy system
Coordinate with Agency Manager
Submit short daily/weekly team reports
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
