Are you a warm, welcoming, and service-oriented individual who loves creating positive guest experiences? Join our team as a Host/Hostess and be the first friendly face our guests see. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who can greet guests with genuine hospitality, manage seating arrangements, and support smooth front-of-house operations. As a Host/Hostess, you will set the tone for each guest’s visit and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive.

Summary:

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere

• Manage reservations and waitlists, efficiently coordinating seating to optimize guest flow and server sections

• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and assisting guests with their needs

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance and waiting area

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Demonstrate a proactive approach in resolving guest issues or concerns

• Offer recommendations about menu items, specials, and promotions

• Uphold the hotel/restaurant’s brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture
